I am obsessed with this shirt from Vineyard Vines. It has a nice quality thickness, great cut, and I love the green and white stripes. I just got it in last week, and have already worn it a couple times. No pictures of me in it because I’m getting over the fly, but the photos of the models wearing the shirt are accurate. Sometimes, I order something and it doesn’t fit at all like how it is styled on the website. I ordered a large (my normal size) and it is a relaxed fit. Don’t expect it to be fitted if you order your regular size, it’s not supposed to be!
It looks great with jeans, covers your butt in leggings, and the sleeve length means it won’t look weird with shorts. Speaking of sleeves, I normally hate when sleeves hit right above my wrists, but it some how works on this shirt. I really like the drop shoulder, it adds something different to a polo type shirt. It reminds me a lot of my favorite sweater from Tuckernuck (which is no longer available. 😥). The cotton-modal blend is somehow cooling. It reminds me a lot of the Lake pajamas material. It just feels good on your skin.
The only con I have is the V neck is VERY V. I have to wear a tank under it unless I want to possibly flash people.
BUT, to outweigh the con, the green and white stripe is on sale!! Highly highly recommend this shirt.
